What are the advantages of TPE thermoplastic elastomers? Typically an elastic product with a lower modulus of elasticity, it can be repeatedly stretched to more than twice its original length at room temperature and has the ability to return to its original length almost completely after the stress is relieved. Early materials with this property were thermoset rubbers, but many families of injection moldable thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) are replacing traditional rubbers.

1. Easy to recycle and reduce cost. The wastes and wastes generated in the production process can be directly returned for reuse; the used TPE products can be simply regenerated and then recycled, reducing environmental pollution and expanding the source of renewable resources.

2. Energy saving: Most thermoplastic elastomers do not need vulcanization or the vulcanization time is very short, which can effectively save energy.

3. It can be processed by general thermoplastic molding machine without special processing equipment.

Fourth, the production efficiency has been greatly improved. It can be directly vulcanized with a rubber injection molding machine, and the time is shortened from about 20 minutes to less than 1 minute; because the required vulcanization time is very short, it can be directly vulcanized by an extruder, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
